About Us

Claire and Dave welcome you to Woodview; our peaceful little caravan site in Morrillow Heath in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside.

Woodview is the perfect place to pitch your caravan and get away from the hustle and bustle. There are some lovely walks around the local parish and a few pubs to call in at along the way. The area has lots of local wildlife to enjoy and we are in close proximity to sleepy villages, pretty market towns as well as places of cultural and heritage interest.

We are a small friendly family run site and we are always happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to Morrillow Heath soon.

Dog Grooming

Bring your dog to Woodview. As from July 2023 we are offering dog grooming services. Whether it just be a bath and blow dry or a full groom we’d be delighted to pamper your dog while you relax, head out shopping or go for a meal.

Our Caravan Site

At Woodview we have 5 hardstanding pitches with electric hook ups and waterpoints.  There’s ample space for an awning and one vehicle and further space for another vehicle. Toilet and washing facilities with hot and cold water. Wifi is also available.

Children are most welcome to the site and please feel free to bring your dog but they will need to be kept on a lead at all times.

Happy Customers

Fast and friendly responses during the booking. We mentioned to Claire and Dave that we had forgot eggs and sure enough, a dozen fresh locally laid eggs where waiting for us in the onsite cabin the next morning. Looking at the site in the light we also realised they had mowed it just for us as there was no one else booked on. We did not venture from site for the whole weekend but there is some lovely countryside and what looked like some good walks from site. We will definitely be back in the summer when things are back to normal.

We had the pleasure of being the first caravanners to use this site over the recent bank holiday weekend. It is a lovely site with all the peace and tranquillity we look for from a cl. Individual electric and water points for each pitch.
Dave couldn’t have been more helpful,
even asking if there were any suggestions we could make to improve the site. If you are looking for a quiet site with lovely walks for your dog then we would heartily recommend it and we will certainly be back.

A small, well kept campsite with lovely views across the nearby fields. We booked last minute and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. We are new to caravanning and struggled to reverse on the slight incline across the wet grass to our hardstanding pitch but one of the owners helped and even reversed it on for us.
Lots of lovely country walks and our dog loved the gated field to run around off lead.
Would definitely visit again.

Fabulous little site, nice rural location with lovely views and very peaceful.

We walked to The Farmers Arms and The Star Inn. Site owners very helpful.

Facilities basic and clean will definitely be returning.
